I actually started playing Hearthstone which is also known as Heroes of Warcraft from Blizzard about a year ago and it has never given me any issue. But when I tried launching it after reinstalling Battle.net launcher, I got an error message stating that Qt5Core.dll is missing from my system and that I should have the game reinstalled. Thankfully, the installation only took a few minutes. Unfortunately, the installation did not fix the Qt5Core.dll error. At first I thought I had being hacked, but after doing a little research on the internet, I was able to discover that the Qt5Core.dll is missing error is quite common and can happen to any game or app on Windows.
I don’t know how it happened but my Qt5Core.dll file just disappeared from my system library. I don’t know what caused the disappearance, maybe it was somehow affected by my antivirus. Anyway, I discovered that you can fix the problem by manually installing Qt5Core.dll. so I visited https://fix4dll.com/qt5core_dll where I downloaded and installed the file by following the installation instructions on the website. All you have to do is copy the downloaded file and paste it into the appropriate location depending on the operating system you’re using. After that, I rebooted my system and launched Hearthstone without getting the Qt5Core.dll is missing error message.
Even if the Qt5Core.dll is missing error occurs in any other application, it shouldn’t be a problem because all you have to do is to download and install it manually.
