Am currently running the Windows 10 64 bit and my friend gave me the Tom Clancy’s The Division game as a gift today. I assume he bought it for very cheap on Steam Summer Sale. However, after I installed the game and even updated PhysX and DirectX I was still unable to start my game. My screen went black for some seconds after the installation after which I started receiving a system error message informing me that .dll is missing and could not be found on my system. I had the game reinstalled three times, I even disabled my antivirus and re-installed the game, but it still didn’t work. So I decided to carry out some investigation. I registered on different gamer’s forums hoping to find a decent solution for the msvcp110.dll is missing error.
A few days after I posted my question on the msvcp110.dll is missing error in Tom Clancy’s The Division I received some answers, but majority of them were quite complicated and had to do with alteration of system registry and a lot of other complicated solutions. However, I discovered a very straight forward guide which I decided to test and it worked. All you need to do is visit https://fix4dll.com/msvcp110_dll, download then install the msvcp110.dll file. To install it, copy the file and paste it in the appropriate location depending on the operating system you’re using. Reboot your computer and enjoy the game before the second part is released!
